I was further impressed by the Company\u2019s remarkable 130-year history for innovating, engineering, and manufacturing, world-class products with the highest standards for quality, reliability, and performance.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Throughout my career in manufacturing, I\u2019ve embraced the opportunity to collaborate with great teams and leaders across all functions in solving complex problems in pursuit of operational excellence &#8211; likewise, I\u2019ve drawn tremendous satisfaction in collaborating with customers in solving real-world problems and delivering value to help to shape their success stories. I\u2019m eager to work alongside the team in writing the next chapter for Arnold and to play a key role supporting our remarkable customers in their ground-breaking journeys! I\u2019d like to take this opportunity to thank outgoing CEO Dan Miller for his incredible leadership over these past nine years \u2013 his numerous contributions, including spearheading the launch of the world\u2019s strongest Samarium Cobalt magnet grade, RECOMA 35E, and instilling a \u201cOne Arnold\u201d culture to foster commitment to operational excellence through teamwork and improved communications, leave a lasting legacy and big footsteps to follow.
